Ringway Jacobs is an integrated highways service provider. This means that we provide a full range of highways services from generating initial business cases for funding, transport planning, design, implementation of civil works, all the way through to operational delivery of defect management and winter gritting.

All of our clients are UK local authorities and we have 4 key clients – Essex County Council, Cheshire East Council, Central Bedfordshire Council and Buckinghamshire County Council.

Aside from providing services to these clients, we also provide a front line service to the residents that live and operate in these areas, along with those who travel through these areas along the highways networks.
