The Future of Work

Apprenticeship, Graduate And Work Experience Programmes

As a Top Employer we currently offer apprenticeships to all employees at Konica Minolta to help develop their skills and provide opportunities for all. We currently have over 25 active apprentices in the business studying data analytics to HR and we see apprentices contributing to provide the skills we need for the future.

Our entry into sales is through a graduate programme which is underpinned by apprenticeships and we see this as a vital part of growing our inside sales team in line with our business strategy and we are currently in our second intake of talent in this part of the business.

In terms of work experience we have worked with partners in the past to provide work experience for pupils at Kingston university we they joined us on placement in our sales environment and help to provide them with key business skills and an experience that will set them up for the rest of their careers, we always endeavour to work with organisations as a joint venture to support employability with all those who work with us.
