About Us
At any one time Kier can have around 200 projects in operation across the UK, from Glasgow to Exeter, Cardiff to Newcastle, from rural and suburban to city centre sites. Although we span the nation with our reach, these projects are delivered by local teams, with exceptional local knowledge and supply chain relationships, and a personal pride and passion for the projects that they are creating in their own communities.
We have unrivalled geographical reach through a network of local offices, and our deep-rooted knowledge and understanding of local markets and communities comes from long-standing relationships.
We have the expertise, experience and flexibility to satisfy a range of customer requirements, from a complex, strategic asset costing hundreds of millions of pounds, to a £250k extension to create more classroom space in a school.
Our construction expertise covers a whole spectrum of industry requirements, from our public-sector clients across core sectors like health, education, heritage and leisure through to more specialist projects in aviation, defence, custodial, and scientific sectors, through to core commercial work for private clients in sectors like industrial, offices, retail and residential.
We are known for our ability to problem solve, collaborate and innovate to help cut through complexity, maintain timescales and keep costs to a minimum for our clients.
