Project-based construction training
We are proud of our commitment to training and development. Our ongoing training and development programme has led to good working relationships with some of most influential names in the industry including the Housing Forum, the CITB, Barnardos, CSV, Constructing Excellence and Women in Social Housing. Our projects have been awarded National Skills Academy for Construction status.
Continual Professional Development
Higgins’ training and development programmes have been central to our business strategy and we're proud of our 'Investors in People' status. The Higgins' Management Trainee Programme was created to identify an array of young talent to work and develop careers within the Construction Industry and Built Environment. The programme allows individuals to get a taste for a number of core disciplines throughout the company before deciding on a discipline to specialise in.
