Advanced Engineering Apprenticeship
- 12 to 18 months of off-the-job training at the Centre for Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence (CEME) in Dagenham.
- Based at the relevant Ford operation (either Dunton Campus, Dagenham Engine Plant or Transport Operations, Dagenham)
- You will gain:
- A National Vocational Qualification at levels 2 and 3
- A BTEC level 2 Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering
- A BTEC level 3 Extended Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering
- Functional skills in Maths, English and Information Technology

Degree Engineering Apprenticeship
- Takes four years to complete, with an eight-month rotation plan across engineering departments.
- Includes on-the-job training so you learn new skills and get to apply them in your day job.
- You will gain:
- A Foundation Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- A Bachelor of Engineering (BEng)

Degree IT Apprenticeship
- Takes four years to complete
- Includes on-the-job training, so you learn new skills and get to apply them in your day job.
- You will work within the Software Development Organisation.
- Opportunity to progress onto business-facing teams, where you will plan future IT, strategy and projects.
- You will gain a BSc Hons Degree in Digital and Technology Solutions.
