SALES DIVISIONS: Resourcer & Recruitment Consultant

 

Our resourcers and recruitment consultants are at the front line of our business and it is their responsibility to understand the needs of our candidates and clients. They are also responsible in delivering a high-level of customer service and producing results and achievements in their sales targets; whilst adhering to any necessary framework agreements and regulations.

Athona prides itself on achieving the highest sales targets, while working in a professional and ethical manner on a daily basis.

 

SUPPORT FUNCTIONS

 

Our support teams include; Administration, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, IT and Marketing. Each of these support functions are the backbone of Athona and are made up of a team of experts in their field. Working in a support function at Athona will provide a structured career path from apprenticeships to senior management.

Apprenticeships

 

At Athona we often have a number of apprenticeship opportunities for school leavers and young people who hold a minimum of A*-C in English and Maths at GCSE level. Our aim is to assist you in gaining a qualification within one year whilst receiving on-the-job experience in administration, sales or customer service.

We see this apprenticeship as the beginning of your career with us and not just work experience. Therefore you’re presented with a supportive and caring learning environment and allocated a dedicated mentor who is on-hand to guide you alongside our learning partner, The Lightbulb, to successfully achieve your qualification.
